Osiris was a great help buying our new home. We are new to Utah and didn’t know the area well, but he patiently drove us around to different homes and talked over the good and bad of each home without pushing us to commit. In one home, he even noticed the high level of condensation on the windows, which was likely a sign of water intrusion somewhere. During our negotiation, he also helped us understand what fees are paid in Utah vs. California and to negotiate for all the appliances (which saved a lot of money). It was a great experience all around.
